Link your Workspace calendar to see who you're teaching today and this week, right from the app.
Let's get set up. Start by filling in your business information — payment methods, contact info, and any school closure dates for the year.
Your business info, payment methods, and customizations.
Your data lives in this browser. Export regularly so you don't lose students, clients, or settings if browser data is cleared.
Connects your Workspace calendar to the Home page so you can see today's and this week's schedule without leaving the app, and lets “Email + PDF” send the invoice straight from your own Gmail with the PDF already attached — no downloading and re-attaching by hand. Access is send-only: the app cannot read, search, or delete anything in your mailbox.

Drives the set-aside and fee figures on the Finances tab. Nothing here is filed or sent anywhere — it's your own planning arithmetic.
Tax withholding percentages
Processing fees and business expenses are deductible, so setting aside tax on net profit is the usual approach. Switch to gross if your accountant prefers a more conservative reserve.
Payment processor fees
What each service takes from a payment. The Finances tab uses these to estimate fees automatically, matched to the payment method recorded on each invoice. Leave a service out entirely if it costs you nothing — cash and checks usually do.
The method name has to match the payment method you pick when marking an invoice paid — e.g. PayPal, Venmo. You can also record the exact fee on an individual invoice in the Invoice Log, and that always wins over the estimate here.
